The Parlour: A Music Venue for Live Entertainment in Providence, RI

Came here for a jazz show with some friends. The crowd was relaxed and everyone had a good vibe. Drinks were a decent price, but I was disappointed with the draft beers, so I switched to cans. My girlfriend and I are certainly interested in going back for another show

Low key, down to earth, local bar w a focus on live music - jazz on Sunday’s. Small business owned by musicians and everyone that works there are musicians.Full bar. Parking on street.

Small neighborhood bar known for live music. Reggae on Mondays, open mic on Wednesdays, and much more. Full food menu available (pizza, salads, etc)

Great cozy venue. Definite local vibes with a great selection of weekly shows (covering a pretty great range of genres) so there's something for everyone! Also these bartenders know how to make a darn great cocktail!

The Parlour is a dynamic place with a good selection of draft beers, and some liquors and wines. They try and keep the food as organic as possible, and they do a good job, but they don't try too hard to create some craft menu. What they are about is a place to watch some good Jazz/Blues and soak in the best of a somewhat neat, somewhat gritty Providence arts and craft culture. Check out their jam session night each Thursday and see for yourself. I believe it is every Thursday, or second or third Thursday of the month. Breath in the beauty of a movement just getting started in building a jazz/blues community in the Creative Capital.

Went and saw a jazz performance last night. All the musicians were super talented and there was a lot of different people that would switch out between songs, it's really cool to see the sense of community through music at jazz shows. After there was karaoke, it takes place the first Saturday of every month. The mcs were great and we had so much fun. Highly recommend this place. They play old movies on the TVs with is cool too and the bartender was good

My band, Imbolg played here last Saturday for the early show and we raised lots of money for charity. Played with some great bands, met some cool people and ate some killer food. The Pizza is as good as NYC Pizza. The staff was really easy to work with from Greg (the owner), Matty, the sound guy and the Bartenders Lea & Corrine (who even complimented us on playing a Misfits cover) Can't wait to play there again on our next tour.

Amazing venue with a great selection of draft beers and a great staff. Bartenders are friendly and accomodating. The sound in this place is amazing. Food is great. A great place to experience live music.
